Motherhood changes everything — your body, your schedule, and the time you have for yourself.
FuelHouse Moms Club exists so you don’t have to choose between taking care of yourself and taking care of your kids.
Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or years into the journey, this strength and conditioning program is built to help you feel stronger, more confident, and ready for whatever motherhood throws your way.
This isn’t about “bouncing back.”
It’s about moving forward.
Every session is rooted in the FuelHouse training philosophy: purposeful movement, progressive strength, and real, lasting results. Led by Coach Sara, you’ll get expert coaching in a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can train safely and effectively — at your pace, on your terms.

Bring Your Little Ones
Finding childcare shouldn’t be the reason you skip the gym.
That’s why your kids are welcome here. While you train, they’ll have their own designated space to colour, play, read, or watch a show — so you can focus fully on your workout without the stress of finding a sitter.

FuelHouse Youth Summer Program is back for another summer of getting stronger, moving better, and building real confidence. Running July 1 through August 31, youth members get unlimited access to our strength and conditioning classes — all designed to scale to any fitness level. Whether your athlete is brand new to training or already competing at an elite level, we’ll meet them where they’re at and help them finish the summer better than they started. Membership is $320 for the full two months, and you can start right now for no additional cost.
